Last night was the Cruise-in at the Lincoln Highway convention and I promise that I will have more to say about it soon when I have a bit more time. However, for now just let me say that I had tons of fun and my two favorite parts were finally picking up a copy of Brian Butko’s book The Ship Hotel: A Grand View along the Lincoln Highway and also getting to meet Cece Otto from American Songline! More on both of these later…
So, as today is my birthday I thought I’d share a little present for us all. For many years I have enjoyed the work of artist Jodee Rose and have asked her to paint quite a few things for me and my business. I love her work and her style so I recently asked her to recreate something very near and dear to me. Yes, of course it was the Grand View Ship Hotel!
